How to reach us
Email founders@gritworks.ai and a member of the team will respond directly. If you would rather talk it through, book a working session and pick a time that suits you.
GritWorks is an enterprise software vendor rather than a hosted service. There is no self-serve signup, no free tier and no public API to try first, so the fastest path is usually a short conversation about the specific workflow that is currently blocked.
What is useful to bring
The most productive first calls start from a concrete data problem rather than an AI category. Four things tell us most of what we need: the source content and its modality—documents, images or audio; the workflow that is blocked today and what would count as unblocking it; who or what receives the output downstream, whether that is a test environment, an external processor, a retrieval index or an agent; and the permitted purpose, meaning what the recipient is actually entitled to see.
With those in hand we can usually tell you quickly whether redaction, synthetic generation, both, or a different control entirely is the right answer. We would rather say that a case is not a fit than sell into it—About sets out the situations where GritWorks is deliberately the wrong tool.
Please do not send sensitive content
This website and the addresses on it are for business inquiries only.
Do not send production records, protected health information, financial account data or other sensitive enterprise content by email or through this site. If a conversation needs real examples, we will agree a controlled path first—typically running GritRedact inside your own environment, where the source content never leaves your boundary.
Evaluations and security review
Product evaluations, pilots and deployments are governed by separate written agreements rather than by the terms on this website. If your security, privacy or procurement team needs to review the deployment model before a conversation, say so in your first message and we will start there: GritRedact installs via Docker inside your environment and runs fully offline with no network egress, which is usually the first question those reviews ask.
For how this website itself handles the information you send, see our Privacy notice and Terms of use.
